About the role
You will be responsible for carrying out daily estate duties, providing a clean environment and garden maintenance. You will liaise effectively with colleagues, residents, external clients and agencies to deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction to both our residents and leaseholders. You will operate within the core values of integrity and honesty.
Key Responsibilities
•To provide a high-quality cleaning, gardening service to our estates
•Daily interaction with residents, to encourage them to look after their homes and community.
•To meet the demands of the qualification requirements and work with the training provider to ensure that the qualification is obtained within set timescales.
•To meet deadlines and work tasks on time and to standards agreed with your line manager.
•To get involved in and participate in our community development works on our estates
•To report any Health & Safety and ASB issues

About you
•A good level of education
•Good communication skills.
•The ability to adapt and to work in both cleaning and grounds maintenance when required
•The ability to organise information within an office environment.
•The ability to use a wide range of IT packages effectively.
•The ability to work accurately and to meet deadlines when under pressure.
•The ability to think creatively.
•The ability to understand the importance of being punctual and the impact that absence has on the effectiveness of the team.
•A full driving licence will be essential.
