The vacancy

At Shepherds Bush Housing Association we welcome any feedback that helps us to understand what our residents are experiencing.  Although year to date there has been a 35% decrease in the number of complaints received, it is important to us to resolve any level of dissatisfaction amicably and quickly.  We appreciate that it takes someone with the right skills and judgement to talk to residents, to listen when they tell us that our service has not been good enough and to help us put things right.

So, if you are the kind of person who is enthusiastic and wants to provide a high level of service to customers, maintaining contact, finding out what’s happened and agreeing a solution, then we want to hear from you.

You will have experience of communicating effectively primarily by telephone but also in writing and in person.  You will have the ability to deal with emergency or stressful situations in a diverse and often challenging environment. You will be able to demonstrate a willingness to embrace change and have a level of awareness of diversity issues appropriate to this role.
